An exciting opportunity exists at iMasFinance Cooperative Limited in Centurion to fill the above t position in our Digital Channels Sales Contact Centre. Preference will be given to qualifying candidates from the designated groups, in support of the iMasFinance transformation strategy.
Job Purpose:
To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell vehicle and asset financing, loan products (secured and unsecured loans) and value added products through a contact centre and other digital technologies.
Job Outputs:
- Sales of vehicle and asset financing, personal loans, related and value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance products
- Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships
- Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments
- Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions
- Conclude sales deals, process & finalize loan applications
- Efficient and effective member/customer service delivery
- Retain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders
- Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships
- Identify possible risk and communicate to relevant parties
Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting (Essential)
- FAIS Recognised Qualification or Certificate for Representatives (Essential)
- Valid Driver's License Code 8 (for a manual transmitted vehicle) (Essential)
- Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
- 2 years’ experience within a financial/banking industry including vehicle/asset finance

- Customer experience and service delivery
- Quality assurance, Sales & Marketing
- Retention processes and procedures
- Exceptional Financing knowledge
- Applicable legislation e.g. FAIS and NCA knowledge
- Financial industry and Market knowledge
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Communication, selling, negotiation, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of financing products
