iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, invites applications for a 12-month Information Technology Internship.  This programme offers practical workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Workstation setup and maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents
• Escalating issues to third-level support
• Providing telephonic technical assistance
• Supporting hardware and software rollouts
• Reporting and feedback to management
• Ongoing coaching and mentoring

Minimum requirements:

• A 3-year Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, BSc Information Systems, or relevant IT qualification Able to solve problems creatively and efficiently
• Able to manage job pressure well
• Detail focussed as we work with sensitive data and critical business systems
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude, team player
• Must have interest in a career in information systems, business analysis, networks or IT security
• Available to start the internship programme in January 2026

Programme Details:

• Duration: 12 months
• Monthly allowance: R6 000
• Intake: Limited to 2 interns
• Start date: February 2026
