iMasFinance, an authorised financial services provider, is offering a 12‑month Key Account Internship for a motivated graduate eager to gain practical experience in stakeholder engagement, sales, and customer service. This programme provides an opportunity to develop core business skills and gain exposure to key organisational functions within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Learning Outcomes and Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement: Liaise with members, customers, employer groups, and dealerships to build strong professional relationships.

• Develop sales skills:  Proactively generate leads and assist in driving the sales opportunities and successfully conclusion of the deals.

• Increase positive customer experience: Handle and resolve complaints effectively, ensuring a seamless customer service journey and consistent service delivery.
• Strengthen relationship development: Establish long-term partnerships with members, stakeholders, and dealerships to support business growth.
• Business Risk Awareness: Identify potential risks and understand the strategies to mitigate them. Contribute to proactive solutions that safeguard organizational objectives. 

Minimum requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Sales and/or Marketing, Business Management, or related.
• Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
• Driver’s license is advantageous

Programme Details:

• Duration: 12 months
• Monthly allowance: R7,000
• Intake: Limited to 2 interns
• Start date: February 2026
